Biography

Kenji Kitamura is an Information Security Manager and works for a D-Trust GmbH in Germany. He did his Master of Science degree in Computer Science in Berlin. Mr. Kitamura has 5 years of professional experience in the field of IT – security. He has worked for many years as a consultant, project manager and IT auditor at companies like KPMG, E.ON and TTS .

As a lecturer at Touro University Berlin, Mr. Kitamura teaches in the subject area “Cyber Security”. In his professional career, he gained his programming skills while developing fingerprint recognition systems for Fraunhofer IPK. He is proficient in several programming languages and teaches the course “Introduction to Programming in Python”.
