The Bursar’s Office obtains and processes data necessary to provide accurate bills and information to students. The bursar issues tuition bills, collects tuition payments, and processes refunds. Additionally, the Bursar’s Office administers external scholarships and funds.

Candidates for graduation must obtain bursarial clearance from before receiving their diplomas. In accordance with Touro University Berlin gGmbH policy, transcripts or diplomas are not issued to students with outstanding tuition balances.

Students who have questions or problems relating to their tuition bills should contact the Office of the Bursar.
